Advertising Koalafi in-store
Koalafi provides physical marketing materials during onboarding, and additional materials can be requested with your sales rep or through Merchant Support.
Merchants are prohibited from creating custom marketing material, as Koalafi ensures that official marketing material contains appropriate disclosures, disclaimers, and wording to comply with Lease-To-Own regulations.
Advertising Koalafi online
Koalafi provides a Marketing Material guide that can be accessed via Merchant Portal. This contains digital graphics, banners, buttons, links, etc. that you can implement onto your website or social media.
Merchants are prohibited from creating customer digital marketing assets, and only official materials provided by Koalafi should be used.
Hang tags
In states that require them, hang tags can be printed via Merchant Portal, in order to comply with Hang Tag requirements.
