Merchant support

Our Merchant Support Team is available to answer your questions 365 days a year.

Merchant support hours:

  • Monday-Saturday: 8am-10pm ET

  • Sunday: 9am-9pm ET

Live chat - the fastest way to get in touch with us!

We answer most chats within 15 seconds. To contact us via live chat, simply log into the merchant portal and click the chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner.

Email

Email us at merchantsupport@koalafi.com using the email address on file. We will respond within 1 business day.

Phone

Call us at 844-238-6500 for service in English and Spanish. We aim to answer your call within 30 seconds of calling in.


Customer Support

If a customer has questions about Koalafi financing, you can direct them to our consumer FAQs for immediate answers.

Existing customers can view their account information, including their payment schedule, payoff total, and more, by logging into the customer portal.

Additionally, our customer support team is available via email and phone.
